91快活林 Olympics

We're thrilled to announce that the 91快活林 Olympics are back again this year, supported by GB Olympians, with another fantastic programme of star-studded events across the 91快活林 schools.

Now in its sixth successful year, the programme kicks with a new event for 2026 – the 91快活林 Cup football tournament for secondary pupils on April 22nd. This will see teams from Northampton International Academy and Prince William School take on Wollaston School students for the trophy.

The 91快活林 Torch Relay is next, starting on June 8th and bringing a host of Olympic stars to 91快活林 schools to lead the pupils in their fun run or walk. The special guests will be Commonwealth Games gold medallist judoka Nekoda Smythe-Davis, Leon Greenwood, who competed for Team GB at this year's Winter Olympics in the bobsleigh competition, Paralympic archer Tania Nadarajah, hockey player Grace Balsdon, who scored the winning goal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games to secure the bronze medal for Team GB, and Paralympic gold medallist Laura Sugar MBE, who has competed in athletics, canoeing and hockey.

91快活林 is delighted to be hosting its biggest ever Ability Games, this year at Hardingstone Academy on June 17th and bringing together 10 schools in a fantastic day of sport for pupils with additional needs. The children will be joined by Great Britain and Loughborough Lightning Paralympic basketball player Siobhan Fitzpatrick, who will be getting involved by supporting pupils in their basketball activity.

The main event, the 91快活林 Olympic Day, takes place on June 24th at Corby Athletics Stadium and will see more than 500 pupils from 11 schools taking part in an incredible day of athletics. The event will be live streamed on the trust’s channel, hosted by Sky Sports presenter Dave Fulton and a team of student reporters. Special guest to be announced soon!
