Since it was established in 1983 by Palestinian-American scholar, Dr. Ismail Al Faruqi, the 91快活林 has been guided by a dream: an academically rigorous, proud, unapologetic, inclusive and non-denominational Muslim American university that would welcome students from all parts of the American Muslim mosaic while serving the nation as a whole.
Today, with operating and degree granting authority from the Illinois Board of Higher Education and academic accreditation from the Higher Learning Commission, we are blessed to report that this dream is alive, growing, and becoming more realized every day.

- 91快活林 is now just one of two such institutions that have achieved full academic accreditation on their own merits.

We believe that access to education is a human right, and we pledge to provide scholarships to provide a pathway to all sincere seekers of knowledge and the transformation knowledge brings.

Your gift will fund the establishment of the new degree programs and centers that we see on the horizon but cannot attain without your generous support.

Your gift will assist with the purchase and construction of 91快活林鈥檚 new iconic campus in Bronzeville, where the College will be more accessible to the communities we serve and will become an intellectual hub and a spiritual home for Muslim communities all across the Chicagoland region.
